A stuffy nose (nasal congestion) is the primary reason that many people are mouth breathing. These are steps that I use whenever I feel a little bit of nasal congestion. Many of you already know this, but I used to take 4 allergy pills every day to deal with my stuffy nose…and now I take zero! It’s possible. You can get over having a stuffy nose and learn how to nasal breathe…it just takes a bit of effort!
