We are here because of a 7 year old girl who made an impact.
And because of her, we’ve impacted 1000’s.
What started as a vision to simply help others has bloomed into a beautiful story of changing lives.
That 7 year old was passed back and forth amongst doctors and therapists for years trying to figure out her speech, breathing, sleep, chewing and swallowing issues.
Everyone said it was her fault.
We knew different. It was her significant tongue-tie, mouth breathing and incorrect oral posture.
We changed that girls life. She changed ours.
Fast forward to now.
We are warriors. Leading the way for those who want to be optimum. And not anything less.

Meet Carmen
Carmen is our founder and the lead superhero.
As an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and Nutrition Therapy Practitioner her work goes way beyond the mouth.
Carmen works with clients in the areas of breathing, habit correction, sleep promotion strategies, nutritional therapy, Eustachian tube dysfunction, nervous system support, lifestyle and stress management, TMD support as well as the most complex cases of orofacial myofunctional disorders.
Carmen also works extensively with clients to understand how their environment and toxins can be affecting chronic levels of inflammation in the body making nasal breathing difficult.
Meet Jessica
Jessica is our pediatric superhero.
She is focused on enriching the lives of all clients, but she has a special fondness for our little clients.
Throughout her journey into orofacial myofunctional therapy she has fallen in love with all things airway and sleep as it relates to children.
She knows that if we make an impact on the youth in the world today, that someway we won’t need to treat adults.
Jessica works with clients of all ages.
