Yes, we understand that traditional 1:1 therapy is the best. It truly is the cadillac of care, but we understand that there are a huge amount of underserved humans who WE CAN HELP with a little bit of creativity and compassion.
In our digital programs, we bring you the exact therapy that we teach daily in our private sessions. We provide all the resources that you need to succeed + you get our unparalleled customer support if you run into problems! You can also book 1:1 sessions if you need a little extra support or simply some feedback to see how you’re doing!
Worried about not succeeding with your digital program? If you end up choosing to work with us 1:1, we will deduct the cost of your digital programs from your 1:1 program!
