Why Is Sleep Apnea Concerning?

This week during my Facebook Live I dive into all the reasons that make sleep apnea concerning.  I talk about the symptoms:

    1. HBP (50% of all people with OSA have HBP)
    2. Strokes….60% of stroke
    3. Diabetes  up to 40% of people with OSA have this
    4. Heart failure….25% 
    5. Obesity 
    6. GERD and acid reflux
    7. Depression
    8. Anxiety
    9. Brain fog
    10. Memory problems (Alzheimer’s)
    11. Accelerate aging
    12. Chronic pain
    13. Daytime sleepiness
    14. Having accidents
    15. Sleep grinding
    16. Men…large neck over 17 inches
    17. Women….large neck over 16 inches
    18. Large tonsils / adenoids
    19. Retrognathia (short retruded jaw)
    20. Frequent urination
    21. Insomnia
    22. Erectile dysfunction
